Buy directly from the Canadian author and save money. All products are priced in Canadian currency, and you can select your preferred payment currency at check-out (The approximate equivalent of CDN$7 is US$5). US Paperbacks:
📬Shipping of Paperbacks from Canada to the US became unviable August 29, 2025, after the United States suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. While books are classed as HS4901 and theoretically duty-free, when I sent a paperback to the US, I was notified that the US assessed duties, taxes, fees, and charges based on recent tariff policy changes, totalling more than the value of the book. Canadian delivery services have no way to know how much the US will assess until our package arrives at the US border. As an independent author, it's not practical for me to secure American-based printing and distribution services. American policy limits Americans to buying from American services.
